EMPWR Transformative Therapy is a Michigan-based telehealth group practice specializing in women’s mental health. Our mission is to become the go-to resource for women—no matter their needs—by bringing on therapists who are deeply passionate about serving a specific population (survivors of sexual trauma, over-achievers, moms, chronic illness, etc.).

We believe in going beyond surface-level symptom relief. We aim to get to the root so clients can heal and experience real, lasting change. At EMPWR, we’re building a culture where both clients and therapists feel safe, supported, understood, and empowered.

What We’re Looking For

While we’re building a team with diverse specialties, we’re especially excited to connect with therapists who are:

  • Trauma-informed

  • Trained in at least one evidence-based therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, IFS, CPT)

  • Passionate about a niche population

  • Committed to personal and professional growth

  • Grounded in authenticity, integrity, and curiousity

  • Focused on delivering exceptional care

  • Intentional about maintaining work/life balance
